How to read this list
Meta has announced Muse connectors in three waves: the launch on September 8, 2026, the Connect announcements on September 23, and the Small Business list on September 29. The waves landed weeks apart, some connectors appear in more than one, and some announced names were still not live weeks later. Articles written at different moments therefore disagree with each other, and the two public connector trackers disagree with each other too. This page keeps one dated list and updates it as connectors land.
Three labels are used, and they mean exactly what they say. Live now means Meta positions the connector as available, or a named source has confirmed people using it. Announced but not yet live means Meta has named it and reporting says it was not available yet. Not confirmed means it was announced and we have seen no reliable confirmation either way. Where sources contradict each other, the contradiction is printed, not smoothed over. Your own app settings are always the ground truth for your account, because rollout is staged.

The September 29 business list
These fifteen connectors were named in the Muse for Small Business announcement and are positioned by Meta as the working set for owners. Our setup guide covers what to do with them once connected.

- Shopify. Your store, orders, and storefront, with checkout through Shop Pay and Link by Stripe.
- Asana. Ask what is at risk; next steps land as tasks.
- Canva. Brand templates turned into editable designs inside the conversation.
- Klaviyo. Email and text message marketing.
- HighLevel. The customer platform many agencies run client work on.
- Slack. Team chat.
- Notion. Documents, wikis, and project tracking.
- Box. Business file storage.
- Dropbox. File storage and sharing.
- Figma. Product and brand design files.
- Granola. Meeting notes.

The Meta properties
Your Facebook Page, your Instagram professional account and its analytics, and your Meta ad accounts connect as part of the same offer. Facebook, Instagram, and Threads accounts also connect through the Meta Accounts Centre, and one third of Muse users had connected a business account before the business offer existed, according to Meta's VP of AI Products, Vishal Shah.
From the September 8 launch
The consumer launch named its own connector set, announced by Meta's chief AI officer Alexandr Wang and launch coverage: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, Outlook Contacts, Plaid, Link by Stripe, Shopify Catalog and Shopify Checkout, OpenTable, Ticketmaster, Duffel for flights, Spotify, Function Health, HealthEx, Withings, Peloton, Apple Health, Android text messages, and Messenger. These are the personal side of the same system: your mail, your calendar, your money movement, your bookings, and your health data, each connected with your permission and gated by the same approval model.
Announced but not yet live
PayPal and the retail wave
At Connect on September 23, 2026, Meta named a retail and payments wave: Walmart, Best Buy, American Eagle, DICK'S Sporting Goods, Fanatics, Gap, Michael Kors, Sephora, Ulta, and Wayfair, with Shop Pay and PayPal for payments, Expedia described as coming soon, and Instacart to follow. On October 3, 2026, CNBC reported that PayPal and some of the retail connectors were announced but not yet live. Nothing we have seen since contradicts that reporting for PayPal, so PayPal stays on this side of the list until someone can use it.
GitHub was also named at Connect as a work connector. It has not appeared in the business list or in any live confirmation we have seen, so its status is honestly recorded as announced, live status not confirmed.
Checkout today
While the announced names catch up, buying inside Muse runs through Link by Stripe and Shop Pay. Shopify has confirmed Shop Pay is live as a wallet in Muse. If a shopping task offers you those two and not PayPal, your account is not broken. That is the current state of the rollout.
The bank limit
One more boundary sits outside Meta's lists entirely: your bank. On October 13, 2026, JPMorgan Chase chief executive Jamie Dimon said on the bank's earnings call that outside AI agents will not be allowed to operate inside customer accounts, calling it too risky for clients and for the bank. What remains open is read only data sharing through open banking providers such as Plaid, where an agent can see balances but cannot send money or pay a bill. The bank also blocks any service that signs in with a customer's own login details. CNBC reported the remarks the same day, and the bank gave no timeline for change. Until banks publish agent access of their own, treat anything that touches a bank account as read only, whatever the connector list says.
The Gmail contradiction
Search for Muse business connectors and you will find a widely shared analysis insisting the list has no HubSpot, no Salesforce, no Google Ads, and no Gmail. Search the launch coverage and you will find Gmail named as a connector on day one. Both claims are in print, from sources that read real lists. They read different lists.
The likely explanation is simple. The business analysis was reading the Small Business connector list, which leads with work tools and does not headline an email connector. Gmail sits in the personal connector set from the September 8 launch. So the honest position is: Gmail is a launch connector for personal accounts, its place in business workflows is exactly as strong as the one account limit described in our setup guide, and the firm way to settle it for your account is to open your own settings and look.
The rest of that analysis holds up better. Salesforce and HubSpot appear on no connector list we have checked as of October 12, 2026, and neither does Google Ads, while Meta's own ad accounts connect directly. If your business runs on Salesforce or HubSpot, there is currently nothing to connect, and any article implying otherwise is ahead of the facts.
Custom connectors: bring your own tool
Since September 19, 2026, you have not had to wait for Meta's list. A custom connector works like this: you supply the API documentation, an MCP server address, or a command line tool for the service you want, and Muse builds and runs its own integration with it. Meta does not review custom connectors. That freedom cuts both ways. You can connect the niche tool your whole business runs on, and you carry the full responsibility for what it touches.
The most instructive example so far is the phone number connector. A third party developer built a connector that gives Muse a phone number for inbound and outbound calling in the United States and Canada, sold as a Muse Receptionist product, and reported in late September that it was pending review as an official directory connector. A private individual wiring phone service into Muse through the custom route, then queuing for official status, is the connector ecosystem working exactly as Meta designed it. Our guide to Muse calling covers what that means for businesses that want their phones answered.
The connector directory
Official connectors live in a directory that third party developers submit to at muse.ai/platform. Connector development opened to third parties on September 19, 2026, in a post from Mark Zuckerberg, and reporting put applications at more than 1,500 in the first week alone. Directory listings go through Meta's review, unlike custom connectors, which is why the receptionist connector above has a status to wait for at all.
For businesses, the directory is the thing to watch. The named lists in this page are the floor, not the ceiling: Meta says dozens of tools beyond the named fifteen are already available in app settings, and every week of directory approvals widens what a small business can hand to Muse without building anything.
How to check what your account has
Because rollout is staged by account, two people can open Muse on the same day and see different connector lists, and both are telling the truth. The check takes a minute:
- Open Muse and go to Settings.
- Open the connectors list. What is printed there is what your account has, whatever any article says, including this one.
- If a connector you need is missing, the usual reason is that your account has not received it yet. There is nothing to install and nothing you broke.
- If a connector appears that was announced but not live, try connecting it. A listing that accepts a connection is live for you, and that is the only test that counts.
We update this page as connectors land and as announced names cross into live. If you are planning business work around Muse, the setup guide turns this list into an order of operations, and if you are outside the United States and Canada, the countries list tracks where Muse itself is available, with the waitlist linked from the Get started box below.

Connectors need Muse first. Every tool on this page plugs into a Muse account, and accounts still open with an invite code in the United States and Canada. Get a code from the pool, open your settings, and compare your live connector list against this page. Outside the launch countries, the waitlist holds your place.

- How many connectors does Muse have?
- Meta names fifteen business connectors plus its own properties, and says dozens more tools are available beyond the named list, with the full list visible only inside app settings. Counts in articles disagree because the connector waves landed weeks apart, in September 8, September 23, and September 29 announcements.
- Is PayPal live in Muse?
- PayPal was announced at Connect on September 23, 2026, and CNBC reported on October 3 that it was not yet live. Checkout inside Muse currently runs through Link by Stripe and Shop Pay, and Shopify has confirmed Shop Pay is live as a wallet.
- Does Muse connect to Gmail?
- Launch coverage names Gmail as a connector from day one, in the personal set. Some business analyses say it is absent because they read the Small Business list, which does not headline it. Both claims are in print. Your own app settings are the ground truth for your account.
- Can I connect a tool that is not on the list?
- Yes, through custom connectors. Supply the API documentation, an MCP server address, or a command line tool, and Muse builds and runs its own integration. Meta does not review custom connectors, so the diligence is yours.
- A connector is missing from my account. Why?
- Rollout is staged by account, so two accounts can see different lists on the same day. If a connector is not in your settings yet, your account has not received it. There is nothing to install and nothing you broke.
