Steps

1. Connect email with granular permissions. Start read-only.
2. Each morning, or on demand from WhatsApp, Muse scans new mail, categorises it and drafts replies in your voice, learned from your sent folder.
3. You review a digest: drafts to approve, items needing decisions, FYIs. One tap per draft.
4. Over weeks it learns which senders matter and which threads you ignore, and starts pre-sorting before you ask.

The result

This is the highest blast-radius workflow here: a misfired email is reputational damage, not a bad answer. Climb the ladder: read-only first, drafts second, approved sends third. Approval gates: Per-email send approval. Run read-only for a week before granting send.
