Negotiate your internet bill down

Give Muse your provider, what you pay and your ceiling. It researches competitor offers, negotiates with retention support in its browser.

The problem

Your internet bill crept up to 89 dollars a month. You would never call to haggle. Muse does it while you are at lunch.

Before you start

  • Browse the web
  • Access account settings, confirm changes first

Steps

  1. Tell Muse the provider, what you pay and what you would switch for.
  2. Muse researches competitor pricing and current retention offers in the background.
  3. It opens the provider's site or chat support in its browser and negotiates: citing competitor rates, asking for retention deals, escalating politely.
  4. It reports back with the offer. Nothing is agreed without you.
  5. The same playbook works for phone bills, insurance renewals and subscription cancellations.

Say this to Muse

My [provider] bill is $89/month. Negotiate it down. I'd accept anything under $65 for at least a year. Don't agree to anything without asking me first.

The result

Some providers require phone calls or identity steps Muse cannot pass, and success varies wildly by company. Treat this as experimental: wins are real but not guaranteed. Approval gates: Final offer approval. Tell it explicitly never to accept on your behalf.
