A fitness plan that rebuilds itself when you fall behind

Give Muse the goal. It builds a phased plan as a living document, tracks connected health data.

by Jayesh EditorialUpdated 25 Sept 2026New

The problem

Not a workout PDF you abandon by February. A plan that notices you stopped and adjusts.

Before you start

  • Read health data you connect

Steps

  1. Tell Muse the goal: run a half marathon in October, or lose 15 pounds sustainably.
  2. Muse builds a phased plan as a living document: training blocks, rest weeks, nutrition guidelines.
  3. Connect health data and it tracks workouts, trends and plateaus.
  4. When you travel, get sick or work explodes, it notices the gap and rewrites the plan, for example a rebuilt 8-week ramp instead of the original 12.
  5. Weekly check-ins arrive in WhatsApp like a text from a coach.

Say this to Muse

Build me a half-marathon plan for October. I'm currently running 10 miles a week. Check in weekly and rebuild the plan whenever I fall behind.

The result

It is a planner and an accountability layer, not a doctor. Good for structure and adaptation, not for medical advice or injury rehab. Approval gates: None structural, but keep health data sharing deliberate and minimal.
